Lead Intelligent Equipment (hereafter referred to as LEAD) has recently delivered multiple sets of dry mixing and coating systems designed for large-scale solid-state battery production to several leading domestic and international battery manufacturers, automotive OEMs, and emerging solid-state battery enterprises. The successful delivery signifies broad recognition from top-tier customers and further consolidates LEAD’s leading position in solid-state battery manufacturing equipment.

As a global leader in new energy intelligent manufacturing solutions, LEAD is advancing the full value chain of solid-state battery production—focusing on key processes such as dry electrode preparation, solid electrolyte film formation, cell stacking, frame fabrication, densification, and prelithiation. The equipment delivered in this phase includes mass-production models of integrated dry mixing and coating systems for both anode and cathode manufacturing, covering the entire process flow from controlled feeding and film formation to thinning, current collector compounding, and in-line quality inspection.

The system achieves a mechanical speed of up to 100 meters per minute, meeting production requirements of 5–8 GWh per line, with film widths up to 1000 mm and thicknesses ranging from 40 to 300 μm. It supports efficient production of 2–6 dry electrode strips simultaneously, providing comprehensive compatibility for large-scale manufacturing environments.
